For new customers, a sample deposit is required upfront, which will be credited toward your bulk order. Customized pre-production samples typically take 5-10 days to prepare.
3. What does your customized production service include?
We offer full OEM and ODM one-stop customization, covering samples, fabric selection, logos, printing, colors, sizes, labels, packaging, and more.
4. What’s the minimum order quantity and delivery timeline?
For spot wholesale, there’s no minimum order limit, and goods can ship 3-7 days after payment. For custom-designed products, delivery depends on the item and customization details, usually taking 3-5 weeks after order confirmation and sample approval.
5. What are your trade and payment terms?
We provide EXW and FOB pricing options. Payments are accepted via T/T or Alibaba Online Trading.
6. How do you ensure product quality?
